My life turned around in 2009 thanks to treatment and coaching for the causes and symptoms of long-term unhappiness. Since then I've immersed myself in researching all things to do with happiness and transformational coaching. 

Is coaching like therapy?

No, it isn't. Therapy almost always treats past 'wounds'. Coaching promotes a positive future. If you need therapy for the past, you may want to start by seeing a good medical doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist. If you want to be privately coached towards happier, more fulfilling days, then work with me.
